Sentia is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Nicholas Halbro as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO). He takes over from Tanja Schmidt Larsen and brings many years of experience from both operational and technical leadership roles within the company.
Nicholas Halbro assumes the COO role following his most recent position leading Sentia’s business area for Network, Security & Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM). In this role, he played a pivotal part in developing some of the company’s most critical services, while also contributing to improvements in both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
With a background as a highly regarded senior network and security architect, Nicholas has built a strong technical profile, which he combines with a modern leadership approach. Colleagues and partners particularly highlight his ability to translate complex technologies into tangible, value-creating solutions for customers - while simultaneously building strong, high-performing teams.

In his new role, Nicholas Halbro will hold overall responsibility for Sentia’s operations and its continued focus on stable and resilient service delivery. This includes ensuring high-quality deliveries, strengthening automation, and further developing the company’s operational setup in line with increasing customer demands for performance and cybersecurity. Nicholas looks forward to stepping into the role and building on the strong foundation already in place.
