Gantner offers complete ticketing systems for cultural heritage, museums, theatres, amusement parks, and zoos. The organisation was looking to complement its acclaimed ReCreateX® platform with cloud ticketing & reselling solutions.

With the single-most important business driver being the cost-per-ticket, Gantner sought to make full use of AWS’ potential to maximally cut unnecessary costs.

The organisation also requested a containerised solution to focus on its development for customers, much rather than managing an ICT platform.
