The pension fund manages its members’ retirement savings with the aim of generating strong returns in a responsible manner. Through an investment policy aligned with climate targets, AkademikerPension is one of only a few pension funds globally recognised for acting in accordance with the goals of the Paris Agreement. **A solid cloud platform strengthens governance** As a financial institution, AkademikerPension is subject to the increased requirements of the DORA regulation for digital operational resilience, governance, risk management and incident management. The pension fund therefore sought advisory support and a solution capable of supporting its public cloud infrastructure strategy while strengthening digital business resilience and governance processes in line with regulatory requirements. Following a thorough assessment process, including a mapping of its Microsoft Azure architecture, AkademikerPension selected Sentia’s fully managed public cloud operations.
